At  Verrier Handcrafted, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in New York City with custom printing, hand painting, glitter detailing, and specialty finishing techniques. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

The following items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit:

Phone Case Policy

While our phone cases do not include hand-painted embellishment, each case is custom produced specifically for your selected device and design choice. For this reason, all phone case purchases are final sale and cannot be exchanged for alternate sizes, models, or designs.

We kindly encourage customers to carefully verify their phone model prior to placing an order.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Because each piece is handcrafted to order in New York City, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and shipment during periods of high demand.

While many orders ship sooner, we prefer to provide a conservative estimate to ensure safe and timely delivery expectations.

Orders $0.00–$37.50 → USPS Flat Rate: $6.50
Orders $37.51–$149.99 → UPS Flat Rate: $10.70
Orders $150+ → Complimentary UPS Shipping

Shipping thresholds are calculated before taxes.
P.O. Boxes are not eligible for UPS delivery and will instead ship via USPS.

International Orders

Because customs policies vary significantly by country,  Verrier Handcrafted is unable to estimate or predict international duties and tax charges in advance.
